Saturday 10.30am - Pre/Post Natal Yoga

A class for expectant Mums & those returning to yoga post baby

Service Description

This class is perfect for those mums wanting something more focused on their pre and/or post natal needs. These classes incorporate adapted yoga poses, to stretch and strengthen your body, pelvic floor exercises, as well as poses and breathing techniques for labour and birth. Each classes finishes with some lovely relaxation time, designed to make you more comfortable, try to help alleviate common pregnancy conditions, improve sleep and release achy muscles or for some much needed you time if you are returning to classes for a post natal practice. Our small groups mean classes can be tailored and attention given to the individual, as well as being a great way to meet other mothers in the local area. Suitable for women in their second and third trimester or those mums returning after the birth of their baby to gently find strength and confidence and practice safely whilst your body recovers. NB: Please ensure you have the sign off from your Dr or Medical Professional to attend these classes *These classes are for Mums only - please drop us a message if you are looking for a parent and baby session and we can advise you of some great ones operating locally
