Service Description

December can be hectic and lets be honest for many overloaded with social activity. What does this mean for us? Reduced sleep, less time for self care, over indulgence. All of these things can then leave us feeling lower in mood and struggling for energy. This workshop will help create some balance and help you take a little time out to reset Think blankets, bolsters, candles and nice warm drinks with lots of lovely Yin poses with Lucy.
